Receiving the golden statue for the titles of Best Real Estate Developer and Most Sustainable Real Estate Developer, CapitaLand Development (Vietnam) is the biggest winner at the PropertyGuru Vietnam Real Estate Awards 2023 with a total of plus 7 prestigious titles.

Keppel Vietnam also won 7 wins, including the Best Commercial Real Estate Developer award and awards for the Saigon Center and Sedona Suites projects.

Trends in Choosing Investors of Vietnamese Real Estate Buyers
