People lined up from 5 a.m. to get numbers for land procedures

Every day, the Ha Dong District Land Registration Office Branch processes about 150 documents, so each session distributes about 75 numbers to people. Therefore, people have to go very early, even lining up from 5am to get their order number.

In recent days, there has been an increase in people coming to land registration office branches in the city to carry out land-related procedures. Meanwhile, the staff of the offices is limited, so they cannot handle all the administrative procedures. Therefore, people have to go very early to line up and get their number.

At around 6:00 a.m. on April 6, even though it was raining, many people came to the Ha Dong District One-Stop Department to wait for their order numbers.

On the morning of April 6 (Saturday), it rained in Hanoi. However, from 6:00 a.m. on April 6, at the Receiving and Returning Results Department of Ha Dong District (one-stop department), when we arrived, there were a large number of people lining up waiting to get their order numbers.

Some people stand under trees, in some cases they wear raincoats, others carry umbrellas or use plastic bags to cover their heads from the rain. When a person comes late and intentionally cuts in line, many people will have opinions.

Ms. Thuy, owner of a restaurant opposite Ha Dong District One Stop Department, said that recently people have come here to line up very early every day. However, the district did not open until 7:30 a.m., so people had to stand outside and wait.

At about 7:30 a.m., the One-Stop Department started working. However, people lined up early, no one dared to move their position for fear of losing their turn.

Mr. Nguyen Van Chinh said, through information learned in recent days, at land registration offices in the city, there are many people lining up. So, this morning he was present at 6am with the hope of completing the procedures soon.

Similarly, Mr. Thai (Phu Luong ward, Ha Dong district) has been lining up since 5:30. He said that he and his father came to complete the procedures for separating the plot. Because each session only broadcasts 50-60 numbers, he and his son had to leave very early. He arrived at 5:30, but there were already many people waiting at the gate.

At 7:30, the security guard opened the door and people lined up to enter. The center sends staff to check each person's records and papers. Those who qualify will continue to go into the lobby to get their order number.

According to the representative of Ha Dong District People's Committee, it is true that there is a situation where people wait to complete administrative procedures related to land. Partly because Hanoi real estate prices have recently increased, making sales transactions increase more than before, partly this is also the time when people release mortgages on real estate with banks. In addition, many families also come to carry out procedures for inheritance, donating assets...

Particularly at the Ha Dong District Land Registration Office Branch, every day officers carry out about 150 land administrative procedures documents, twice as many as other branches. Therefore, the relevant officers have to work overtime, on Saturday mornings, but still do not run out of documents.
