On the morning of May 10, 2024, Masterise Group officially held the topping-out ceremony of Marina Central Tower in the new urban area of Ba Son, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
The investor said that this is the first building in Ho Chi Minh City to connect the basement to the metro line 1 station at Ba Son station. The building is built on a 6,000 m2 land area, with a height of 55 floors above ground and 5 basements next to the Marriott and JW Marriott branded apartment towers at Grand Marina Saigon.
Marina Central Tower is a complex of offices and commercial centers, with a total floor area of over 106,000 m2. This is also the building in the world's largest branded real estate project to date, managed and operated by the two brands Marriott and JW Marriott.

The building is built on the only remaining diamond land in District 1, located next to the Saigon River with a length of more than 1 km, expected to create a classy living space for residents and customers.
The location of Marina Central Tower is conveniently connected to Ba Son station of Metro Line No. 1 and adjacent to two fronts of Ton Duc Thang and Nguyen Huu Canh streets.

The building has a total area of over 106,000 m2, equivalent to 50 floors of Grade A office space, this building will be an ideal workplace for experts and businessmen.
Convenient transportation is also a huge advantage for Marina Central Tower customers because the underground Metro Line 1 Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien will have a direct entrance to Terminal 3 connecting right in the center of the project. This helps residents easily move and connect between important locations and functional areas of the City.
The project is implemented under the management and construction supervision of Mace - a unit with experience in many iconic projects and buildings in the world such as The Shard (London, UK), Jumeirah Beach Residence (Dubai, UAE).
The project is also promoting the necessary procedures to achieve LEED Gold certification (a green building certification from the U.S. Green Building Council).
In addition to the office space, Marina Central Tower also owns nearly 20,000 m² of high-end commercial space, expected to attract the world's leading brands and luxury shopping, entertainment and dining facilities, serving the office block as well as the residents of the luxury apartments of Grand Marina, Saigon. The combination of Marina Central Tower and 8 luxury apartment towers with a marina and a landscape area imbued with history and culture promises to turn Grand Marina into a new square of Ho Chi Minh City, the economic and cultural center of the city.
According to information from the investor, the project is expected to be completed and put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2024.
