In early 2022, Keppel cooperates with Phu Long and plans to invest VND 2,715 billion to develop 3 land plots in the Mailand Hanoi project and spend VND 3,180 billion to buy shares in two Khang Dien projects in mid-2023 to develop the complex. sustainable population and urban areas. The Group has reduced a total of 39,000 tons of carbon emissions from projects that have achieved Green Mark Awards certification from the Singapore Construction and Management Authority (BCA) such as Estella Heights and Palm Heights. These projects also saved more than 60 million kWh of electricity, equivalent to 264 billion VND thanks to the application of many energy optimization solutions.

 

Up to now, Keppel has achieved 12 BCA Green Mark Awards for projects in Vietnam.

 

Safety at work is also one of the factors that Keppel focuses on. Since 2011, Keppel's Safety Training Center (SAC) in Ho Chi Minh City has organized and trained more than 41,000 contractor workers with 257,000 hours of training on labor and construction safety.
