On this basis, the project decided to recover and allocate land to SDI Corp. from January 2001. At this time, the project is called the golf, sports and housing complex, with the trade name Saigon Golf Country Club and Residences.
After many adjustments to the planning, the total area of the land area is about 117.4 hectares according to Decision No. 6296/QD-UBND on approving the 1/500 detailed planning dated 30/11/2015. After more than 20 years of implementation, on March 18, 2021, contractor An Phong Construction organized the groundbreaking of the project.
