The Eco Smart City project at functional area 2A Thu Thiem of Lotte Properties HCMC (belonging to Lotte Group) has had its first movements on the construction site: the fence around the project has been erected and the ground is geological drilling.

This project has a total land area of ​​more than 5 hectares, GFA of more than 505k m2 (equivalent to a factor of 10 times) will include luxury houses, hotels, offices and commercial centers.

This is a key project of Lotte Group in Ho Chi Minh City, pursued for many years.
