On September 15, the Government Office issued a conclusion notice of Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh agreeing to resume regular international commercial flights with passengers between Vietnam and some partners as proposed by Ministry of The transportation

 

Specifically, from September 15, it will be deployed for Vietnam - China (Guangzhou), Vietnam - Japan (Tokyo), Vietnam - Korea (Seoul), Vietnam - Taiwan (Taipei) routes. From September 22nd, deploying for Vietnam - Cambodia (Phnom Penh), Vietnam - Laos (Vientiane) routes. Frequency no more than 2 flights / week for each party of country and each airline with the number of flights will be considered increasing to suit the actual situation.

 

For foreigners, guests before on board must present negative Covid-19 test paper within five days, when entering Vietnam on concentrated isolation for 5 - 7 days. During this time, the visitor will be tested Covid-19 by PCR twice.

 

Persons with negative results continue to isolate at home or at the enterprise / factory for full 14 days under local supervision. In case a guest shows signs of Covid-19 infection, they will be placed in concentrated quarantine. The cost of isolation and testing is covered by the person entering the Vietnam country.
