Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Hai Phong, Binh Duong, Dong Nai, Khanh Hoa and Ba Ria - Vung Tau.

According to the report, the price of rental properties in Ho Chi Minh City. Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City increased slightly compared to February 2022. Particularly, the price of apartments for rent in Da Nang also increased compared to the previous month.

 

In the city. In Hanoi, apartments increased by 1.53%, individual houses increased by 2.24%, land for housing construction increased by 2.85%.

 

In Ho Chi Minh City, apartments increased 2.48%, individual houses increased 2%, land plots for housing construction increased 3.6%
