According to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 1 of the revised Personal Income Tax Law 2012, the personal income tax payable is the income from the transfer of the right to own or use a house (or income from the transfer of real estate). produce).
Particularly for individuals with only one house, personal income from real estate transfer is exempt from tax.
Circular 111/2013/TT-BTC stipulating that personal income tax on income from real estate transfer is calculated according to the formula:
Personal income tax payable = Transfer price x Tax rate 2%

Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 7 of Decree 140/2016/ND-CP, the registration fee payable for land and houses is 0.5%.
