2 days more metro train number 1 to Ho Chi Minh City

 

(PLO) - Only two more days, two metro trains on metro line 1 (Ben Thanh - Suoi Tien) officially arrive at Khanh Hoi Port, City 

 

According to the Urban Railway Management Board (MAUR), it is expected that two more days (May 10), two metro trains will arrive in Ho Chi Minh City

 

According to the plan, around 16:00 on May 9, the metro train will approach Vung Tau Pilot Station, arrive at Khanh Hoi port around 6 o'clock, on May 10.  After that, around 8 o'clock, the unit will start loading and unloading the ship to the port. At 0 o'clock on May 11, the unit will transport the 2 train from Khanh Hoi port to Depot Long Binh, Thu Duc city. The train arrives at Depot Long Binh around 3am, 11th May

 

Expected, two trains of metro line 1 will arrive at Khanh Hoi port, district 4 in two days.

 

In addition, on May 10, there were other activities taking place at Khanh Hoi port, such as loading and unloading the 3rd train onto the trailer and bringing it into the storage area in Khanh Hoi port. Unloading train number 3 from trailer to the ground with two cranes

 

 

 

Previously, on October 8, 2020, the first train consisting of three cars out of a total of 17 trains of metro line 1 arrived in Ho Chi Minh City.

 

This first train can carry a total of 930 guests, including 147 seats and 783 standing passengers. The traveling speed of the overhead section is 110 km / h, the underground section will reach 80 km / h.

 

The first train is currently located at Depot Long Binh, experimenting with future train operation systems. There are 11 systems here, after stable combination with the above systems, we will test the train.
