1983

Xuan Mai Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company, formerly known as Xuan Mai Large Plate Concrete Factory, was established on November 29, 1983 under Decision No. 1434-BXD/TCCB of the Ministry of Construction with the help of the Soviet Union to build. . 1996

Xuan Mai Concrete Factory was renamed Xuan Mai Concrete and Construction Factory and transferred to the Vietnam Construction Import-Export Corporation under Decision No. 1049 BXD/TCLD dated December 6, 1996 of the Ministry of Construction. Build.

1999

Year 2003

The factory was equitized and renamed Vinaconex Xuan Mai Concrete and Construction Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 1434/QD-BXD of the Ministry of Construction.

2005

2013

With the approval of the General Meeting of Shareholders on the policy of restructuring the Company, VINACONEX Corporation transferred all 10,200,000 shares of Vinaconex Xuan Mai Construction and Concrete Joint Stock Company to Khai Hung Co., Ltd. .

Year 2014

On April 21, 2014, the Company officially changed its name to Xuan Mai Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company (Abbreviated name: Xuan Mai Corporation).

2015

Cooperated with Rieckerman Company - Germany to transfer the technology of Acotec prefabricated hollow wall panels of Elemantic - Finland and install the production line with the batching plant of Frumecar Company - Spain.
