In which, Tan Thuan Industrial Development Company (IPC - Vietnam) represents the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City, contributing 30% of capital through land use rights and human resources for the development of Phu My Hung New Urban and the Company. Phu My Hung Asia Holdings is one of the largest and most successful foreign investors in Vietnam with an investment capital of over 650 million USD in 3 major projects: Phu My Hung New Urban Area, Co., Ltd.
