•  Established in 1969, headquarter in Korea.
• The original name was Lackhee Development, belonging to LG Group
• In 2005, the company split from LG Group to form GS Holdings
• GS Holdings includes subsidiaries and affiliates such as: GS Caltex, GS Retail, GS Shop, GS EPS, GS Global, GS Sports and GS E&C. In which, GS E&C under the supervision of CEO Forest Lim

GS E&C has been in Vietnam since 2007, starting with BT projects to build road infrastructure in Ho Chi Minh City such as Pham Van Dong Street, Binh Loi Bridge.

 

 

 

In the North, GS E&C has implemented a number of projects such as: Hanoi - Hai Phong Expressway 6 and 7, Vinh Thinh bridge, Nghi Son oil refinery

 

 

 

 

GS E & C is also building Metro line No. 1 in Ho Chi Minh City

 

Regarding the field of housing construction:

- More than 10 years ago, GS E&C built and handed over Xi Riverview Palace apartment in Thao Dien, District 2

 

 

 

 

- In 2020, GS E&C started deploying and selling Zeitgeist GS Nha Be Project with a scale of 349 hectares

 

 

 

Soon to be implemented is the GS Metrocity project at Long Binh Depot in District 9 with a scale of 92 hectares (next to Mien Dong New Bus Station).
